Custom Made Orders
Due to the nature of the products, custom-made orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. AZAHRA requires a non-refundable and non-exchangeable 50% deposit for custom-made orders. Specific measurements are required, photo or sketch of item to be made, and a detailed description of features.

Damaged Item(s) in Transit
When returning or exchanging goods by the customer or gift recipient, AZAHRA is not responsible for items not insured during shipping and damaged in transit.

Disclaimer
Raw leather is a natural product. Every hide and skin is unique, making every item an original, which cannot be duplicated.

The colours of the items displayed are representative of the product you will receive, but the uniqueness of each piece and any differences in shade and tone created by the photographic process and the settings of your computer monitor on which you have viewed these images, may result in colour variations.

It is important for you to understand how to care for your leather. Any damage caused through incorrect care and attention is solely the customers responsibility.

Orders, Shipment, Insurance & Delivery
Orders are subject to stock availability. Please bear in mind that these are all handmade products. Under normal circumstances, when an item is not available, it usually takes two to four weeks to create. Delivery time can take from one to two weeks, depending on the means of shipment, destination and time of year.

During the Christmas holiday we strongly suggest that you place your orders before December 15th so as to ensure timely delivery.

AZAHRA shall bear the costs of shipping, handling and insurance when sending goods to the customer or gift recipient, except in the case where a customer or gift recipient needs to return or exchange an item(s). In such a case, the customer or gift recipient shall bear the cost of shipping, handling, and insurance upon returning or exchanging merchandise.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes; you must provide an accurate street address for direct shipping.

Personalization of Leather
Initials, names and/or text may be embossed on an item. Written confirmation shall be necessary. No changes are allowed once final confirmation is made and the item shall be treated as a custom made order. (See Custom Made Orders section)

Personalization of leather shall be charged at an extra cost on a case-by-case basis.

Privacy Policy
The privacy of our customers and visitors to our website is highly important to us. Any information you provide, either for purchasing products, signing up to our newsletter or any other interaction with our company, shall only be used for the purposes for which they are intended. We shall NEVER sell, lend or allow anyone else to use your personal information.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your item you may either return or exchange it, subject to the following:

• The item(s) must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.
• The item(s) must be returned in its original form and packaging. It is to the discretion of AZAHRA to fully inspect the item(s), for any damages, before proceeding to refund the partial or total amount or exchange it for another item of equal or higher value.
• When the return is approved, a refund shall be credited within a 30-day period to the original credit card purchaser, less service charges and shipping expenses.
• AZAHRA ensures that all products are finished to their highest standard. In the event that you receive a defective product you must inform AZAHRA within two days from date of receipt.
• When an exchange is approved, the item shall be exchanged for something of equal or higher value. Service charges and return or exchange shipping expenses shall be incurred by the purchaser.
• We do not allow any credit for future use. Once an exchange is accepted it must be exercised immediately
• The above-mentioned points consequently apply to to gift recipients.

Service Charges
